Born and bred in Toronto, Ruskin Velvet (A.K.A. “Cashflow”) has been heating up the House scene since 1988.

From his beginning at Superstars he made his way through the Toronto club circuit, including Toronto’s infamous Opera House, Factory, Zoo bar, and OZ. 

Fearlessly, he has pushed the limits, mixing his musical ingredients and combining genres to create a new sound for the ears and feet.  "I like to take tracks that people recognize,” says  Ruskin Velvet, “then present them in a way that no one has heard before.”

Ruskin Velvet has stuck to his old mantra of keeping a low profile but ebbing and flowing the party keeping bodies moving until the lights come on and the brooms come out.
